ist eine Stadt in der schwedischen Provinz Hallands län und der historischen Provinz Halland. Sie liegt auf halbem Weg zwischen Malmö und Göteborg an der Mündung des Flusses Nissan und ist Hauptort der gleichnamigen Gemeinde.

Halmstad  is a port, university, industrial and recreational city at the mouth of Nissan in the province of Halland on the Swedish west coast. Halmstad is the seat of Halmstad Municipality and the capital of Halland County. The city has a population of ca. 62,797, out of a municipal total of over 90,000. Halmstad is Sweden's 20th-largest city by population and located about midway between Gothenburg and Malmö.

ist ein kleiner Ferienort direkt am Strand von Tylösand. Gegründet um die Jahundertwende als Ort für kleine Sommerhäuser aus Holz, hat sich Frösakull und die gesamte Region an der Küste zu einem sehr beliebten und exklusiven Platz entwickelt. Dementsprechend wird überall auf Sauberkeit und Sicherheit Wert gelegt. "Man" kennt sich, grüßt sich höflich und im Bedarfsfall wird Nachbarschaftshilfe sehr groß geschrieben.

Darüber hinaus eignet sich Frösakull sehr gut um an der herrlichen Meeresluft abzuschalten.

Frösakull is located directly at the great Tylösand beach. Starting around 1900 the first smal summer cabins were built. Over the years the whole area got very popular. Peopel come here to play Golf, relax at the coast and on the beach, to cycle, to fish for the legendary seatrout and many other activities.
